The Future Hotel Leader Award is an esteemed recognition in the hospitality industry, dedicated to honoring the emerging leaders and innovators who contribute to the sector’s growth and success. This award celebrates exceptional leadership and excellence within the hotel industry, ensuring its continued vitality and progress.

The Future Hotel Leader Award recognises Heads of Department who excel in their current role and demonstrate the qualities of a strong future leader. Being a Future Hotel Leader is not about aspiring to become a General Manager. It is about having the leadership qualities, ambition and potential to take on greater responsibilities and continue to grow within the hospitality industry.

To be eligible for the Future Hotel Leader Award, nominees must:

• Be responsible for managing a team of at least 2 people.
• Be a Head of Department, for example in Reception, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B or Sales. Hotel Managers and General Managers are not eligible.
• Have held a Head of Department position in a hotel or support/head office in the Netherlands for at least 1 year.
