The Future Hotel Leader Award is an esteemed recognition in the hospitality industry, dedicated to honoring the emerging leaders and innovators who contribute to the sector’s growth and success. This award celebrates exceptional leadership and excellence within the hotel industry, ensuring its continued vitality and progress.

To be eligible to be nominated for the Future Hotel Leader Award you have to:

• Must be a Head of Department (e.g., Head of Reception, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B, Sales), but not a Hotel or General Manager.
• Have held the position of Head of Department for at least 1 year.
• Must have worked in a hotel or at a hotel group’s support/head office in the Netherlands for at least 1 year.
• Be responsible for managing a team of 2 or more.
